Group of Companies Came into construction arena with a bang by committing it-self to provide a "house to every citizen" a slogan which it tried to adhere by building houses at minimum possible cost. By building around 2000 such units, it earned a place for it-self and is counted among well-known and reputed Builders, Developers and Town planners.

M.Y. Group, by the grace of Almighty Allah, has completed over three decades of its useful existence, during which it has many accomplishments to its credit. It include a number Of residential – cum - commercial projects, Bungalows and Town-ships where thousands of people are enjoying their lives & living decently.
FAA Corp (PVT) Ltd is a sister concern. It has an excellent record of securing huge Government contracts of airports of civil as well as of military importance, Government servants’ colonies, modern airstrips and other specialized facilities.
M.Y. Corporation (PVT) Ltd is registered with the Karachi Development Authority under Category “A” & is a member of the Association of Builders & Developers as well as a member of Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
The group was founded by Late Haji Fazal-ur-Rehman, Haji Aftab-ur-Rehman & Late Haji Ata-ur-Rehman. Late Haji Fazal was the moving spirit behind M.Y. Group of Companies Planning/Building & Developing strategy. Haji Fazal, who inherited a modest business house from his father, Haji Muhammad younus turned it into a flourishing concern.
